Hike September 19th through scenic Muir Woods.

The 4-4.5 hour hike has been specially designed to integrate strength training exercises with the cardio benefits of an outdoor hike for an optimized and fun workout! This advanced hike is designed to create maximum caloric expenditure. Level 2 hikes are more strenuous and fast-paced and are designed to sustain a participant's heart rate between 75-85% of one's maximum heart rate. At this level, overall cardiovascular system is engaged which is great for breaking through performance and weight loss plateaus! All of this is done while enjoying some of the most majestic views Northern California has to offer.
