Stretch out and tone up on Saturday mornings during these free exercise classes open to all ages.9:00 a.m. Beginners Class: Includes core conditioning such as yoga, stretching & pilates. 10:00 a.m. Advanced Class: Ultra Body Conditioning including a core work-out. Fitness workouts will vary. Participants are encouraged to bring a mat and water. Please wear proper attire. All participants will be required to sign a waiver.
