First Wed. Street Party/$10 Tee shirts Thriving Ink Booth August 5, 2009

Enjoy the music of the Houserockers in the beer and wine garden on Main Street. This 11-piece band is one of the hottest performing groups in Northern California, bringing to life rock and soul classics from the 60's to the 90's. Beer, including selections from Anheuser Busch, Trumer Pils and local micro-brews will be on tap. Great wines from the Livermore Valley will also be available for purchase.

Stroll down Main Street and visit vendor booths (including Thriving Ink)set up by a wide variety of businesses to market and sell their products and services. Make sure to stop in at the many unique shops, businesses and restaurants in our unique downtown. You will also have the opportunity to learn more about local community and nonprofit groups.

Sponsors of all 1st Wednesday Street Parties this year include the Pleasanton Weekly, Anheuser-Busch, and Trumer Pils.

Main Street will be closed from St. John Street to Old Bernal Avenue from 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. There will be plenty of off-Main Street parking available.
