Join us for our April First Thursday celebration

April 1st
7-10pm

Live Music: The Hugs

The Hugs, simply put, are a garage-pop-rock band. Without shedding their jovial Brit-poppy swathe, the Oregonian four-piece has developed a delicate melancholy edge. Under the umbrella of everyday life, the band explores the nuances of love over time and the dubious relationship between dreams and reality.

Artist Reception: Chris Haberman + Jason Brown

Chris Haberman’s artwork is created on found post-consumer materials. Found on the streets and alleyways of Portland, a discarded cabinet door, a table top or the occasional battered street sign quickly become the backdrop for an integrated puzzle of human figures.

Jason Brown communicates his vision on to us through irony, humor, bold and subtle imagery. He paints individuals transfixed by their struggle, at times framing the daily lives of martyred saints and super-humans that have routines and transgressions just like anyone else.

Benefit: 15% of all event earnings go to Mercy Corps 'Hands on for Haiti'

Beer: Widmer Brothers Brewery

Food: Koi Fusion

Bonus: 20% of all regular price merchandise from 7 to 10pm. (not to be combined w/other offers)
