First Lighting of Bloor-Yorkville November 18, 2006

Look for energy-efficient LED lighting displays including a spectacular Christmas tree twinkling with white sparkling lights, shimmering drapes of light line Festival walk and trees decked in red and white fill the village of Yorkville Park. Light poles glowing with hanging baskets filled with winter greens, twinkling lit twigs and beautiful light enhanced wreaths line the neighbourhood's quaint streets.

Celebrate the first lighting of Bloor-Yorkville at the Village of Yorkville Park (Cumberland and Bellair) on Saturday, November 18 from 4:45 to 5:30 pm (with official ceremony at 5:15 pm). Free entertainment, coffee or hot chocolate. LED lighting exchange from 2:30 to 6 pm.
