First Friday Poetry Reading and OPen Mic Nite November 6, 2009

Welcome to the First Friday Poetry Reading and Open Mic Nite!
From 5:30-7:00 pm there will be Live music, Refreshments and a Book signing by Local Author and poet, Joyce P. Byrd!

At 7pm, The Featured Poets read their work: Joyce P. Byrd will be reading exerpts from her new poetry book, and David Simms, also a local author and poet, will be reading his poetry, so it will be a guaranteed good time!
Then at 8pm, Open Mic begins, where we invite everyone to read their work and share their voice!

So come join in the fun, on Nov. 6th at the Book of Knowledge bookstore!
