First Annual Glass Pumpkin Patch October 3, 2008

Glass Axis is Columbus Ohio’s largest non-profit glass studio for students and community members interested in the glass arts. Glass Axis and its members are pleased to announce our first annual Glass Pumpkin Patch.

Friday October 3rd and Saturday October 4th from 11:00 A.M. until 4 P.M.

Glass artist’s from all over the Columbus area will be contributing to this event where there will be a wide selection of unique, hand blown glass pumpkins for sale. Attendees are invited to wander through an incredible artistic installation of hundreds of colorful glass pumpkins.

Attendees will also be treated to live glassblowing demos during the event and can make their own solid glass pumpkin with the help of one of our instructors for $50. (Ages 12 and up)

Sales from our Glass Pumpkin Patch benefit Glass Axis, the participating artists and the generated funds help keep Columbus community art initiatives and education programs available.
