Fireworks Special July 3, 2012

Enjoy an evening trip on a train, beat the traffic, and see Monticello's aerial fireworks display. The train departs from the Wabash Depot in Monticello and takes passengers to the museum grounds north of Nelson's Depot. Passengers can bring chairs and coolers which are checked aboard the train for the trip. There are bathrooms and a food stand at the viewing area. The train departs about ten minutes after the fireworks end and returns to the Wabash Depot, saving the hassle of fighting traffic.
