Firefighters’ Yard Sale to raise funds to fight Multiple Sclerosis June 5, 2010

Eight Westborough Firefighters and nine of their friends have signed up for the National Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society’s annual “Cape Cod Getaway,” a two day, 150-mile bicycle-riding event from Quincy to Provincetown June 26 and 27. The event was created to raise funds for the MS Society.

In an eff ort to help the team meet its fund-raising goals, there will be an MS fundraising yard sale held on the lot adjacent to the Westborough Fire Department at 42 Milk St. Westborough, Saturday June 5, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., rain or shine. A wide array of household and other items will be available at yard-sale prices. All proceeds from the yard sale will be given to the MS event coordinator in the team’s name.
