* Registration confirmation will not be sent.

* Evening sessions are free and open to the public

* All daytime attendees must be registered (You may register at the door)

* Free will offerings will be received to cover conference expenses and honorariums for speakers



Registration Fee

Early Registration fee is $45.00/person

Registration Fee is $60/person

Walk-ins are $20.00/day

Luncheon is $25.00 extra
