Financial Planning Tips December 2, 2008

Marion Carnegie Library is hosting free programs by Clearpoint Financial Solutions on December 1 and 2 at 6 p.m. Both programs are open to the public and will address credit debt, housing (including mortgages, renting and foreclosures), bankruptcy and credit reports.

Clearpoint Financial Solutions is a national non-profit organization that helps consumers resolve financial concerns. Clearpoint provides comprehensive and confidential assessments of consumers’ current financial situation, complete with a working budget, financial education tools and savings tips to make the most of available income. It is staffed with financial specialists who are certified by the National Foundation for Credit Counseling. Services are provided in person locally at 1616 W.
