PeopleConnect is excited to announce their final pitch event of 2012, PitchForce, taking place Thursday,December 6, 2012, from 5 PM-8:30 PM at RocketSpace (181 Fremont Street, SF, CA 94105).

Each month ten companies are chosen to participate in PitchForce. Presenting companies will each have a demo table and have the opportunity to meet and network with angels, VCs and guests during the first hour. Attendees will then vote for their favorite company and the top five will get to present to a distinguished panel of VCs. The panel then chooses who they feel is the most promising startup. The winner will get a meeting with our Sponsoring Venture Capitalist, Blumberg Capital, for a full Pitch Session to the Blumberg Capital VC team.

Here are just a few of the companies set to pitch this Thursday.

Coverage Partners – Coverage Partners is a health insurance brokerage firm that will assist the 40 million individuals nationally set to enroll in health insurance exchanges. Beginning January 2014, all U.S. citizens will be required to have health insurance. 40 million will get substantial subsidies to purchase through newly created health exchanges. They have the team, platform, process and channels to get them enrolled.
