Join us on a rum-fuelled safari through the clubs of the Tropics and beyond, exploring mutating dance styles and party rhythms. Brazilian dubstep meets Himalayan mambo? Swedish afro-polka hybrids? Worlds are colliding as boundaries melt.

This month we've got Marsali from The Sizzle Kids in the guest DJ slot, who having previously supported acts such as Grandmaster Flash, Hot Chip, Kissy Sellout and High Contrast in her breakbeat days, has now turned her sights to global beats. She will be playing a myriad of percussive African and Caribbean vibes with a touch of UK Funky.

Huskiii will also be on hand to serve up a pallette of nu latin / afro / balkan mashups, while the musicians Captain Trumpet (brass), Paolo (drums) and Sam (latin percussion) add to the carnival atmosphere. Hotter than July!
