FETCH! Summer Kickoff! July 9, 2009

He's Back! Thursday, July 9 the Museum will be expecting a visit from Ruff Ruffman, the host of PBS' FETCH! With Ruff Ruffman. He'll be visiting us for the day while the Museum will be having a day of kite making and a kite flying demo. Our kite making will run from 11-1pm and will include a nominal fee for supplies. The kite demonstration will start at 1 pm after everyone has finished making their new kites. What a great way to kickoff the summer!

These exciting events continue every Thursday and Friday throughout July and August and run from 10:30am to 3:00pm. Drop-in days are sponsored by Shaw’s and feature hands-on arts and crafts, science activities, presentations and performances. They are held outdoors in our ‘Wild Place’ adventure garden and are free with museum admission of $6.
