Festival of the Sea & Veterans Celebrations - Barrow-in-Furnness June 8, 2008

To visit a variety of Ships - HMS Exeter; HMS Walney; Submarine Onyx. Event wll include a number of Stalls etc and a Drumhead Ceremnoy for award of Veterans Medals. The TA are expected to present a display of Bridge Building and Parade with the Royal Marine Band together with other Vets. All are welcome. In particular all ex service orgs within the area, and outside. Serving members of the RN, Army will attend. Medals will be worn for the Drumhead Ceremony
