Festival of African Arts and Culture February 18, 2011

This red carpet event will feature many acts including headlining acts EnVogue and Donell Jones, plus African performance groups Culturally Yours and Kumba House. The dinner banquet will include prizes being given to David Oshinsky for Polio An American Story and Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie will be present to receive her prize in person and read from her acclaimed novel 'The Thing Around Your Neck.'
