The Chaplain and Choir of the Robin Chapel, Edinburgh sing the service of Choral Evensong to celebrate Armed Forces Day 2011.

Wine and refreshments will be served after the service.

The Robin Chapel is an interdenominational Chapel set in the middle of the Thistle Foundation. The attractive chapel was built by Sir Frances and Lady Tudsbery in memory of their only son, Robin a lieutenant in the Royal Horse Guards (The Blues), who was killed in Germany in the last days of the Second World War while serving with his First Household Cavalry Regiment. His parents sought not only to commemorate a beloved son but also to further the spirit of unity and concord among Christian people. Each Sunday at 4.30pm the Chaplain and Choir of the Chapel sing the service of Choral Evensong with visiting preachers from different Christian churches. All are most welcome to join us in worship in the Chapel.

Further details of this service and directions can be found on the Chapel website: www.robinchapel.org.uk
