The 21st annual Festa Italiana di San Mateo street fair offers something for everyone. One of the largest one-day events in San Mateo County, the fair attracts over 50,000 people from the Bay Area. Admission to the street fair is free. The street fair runs along North B Street between Tilton and 2nd Avenue in downtown San Mateo.

All proceeds benefit the Festa Foundation.
