Makor and Judios Latinos proudly present the second week-long celebration of Latino Jewish art and culture, FERIA ARTISTICA! Join us for an exciting evening of sophisticated, international flavor, and come party with Judios Latinos, Makor's 20's and 30's network of young Latino and Spanish speaking Jews. Last year's opening night event had over 300 people, and it promises to be even bigger this year.

This year's Opening Night Fiesta on Sunday, April 29 2007 will feature an art exhibition including works by Karina Kamenetzky, Dorron Lemesh, Patricia Saidon, Arturo Arditti, Laura Murlender and Silvia Donath, the Latin fusion music of Daniel Caplivski and Grupo Latin Vibe, live theater with Quiara Alegria Hudes, new film work from Akiva Penaloza and Eduardo Arias Nath, a Latin dessert cooking demonstration, salsa dance classes, free food and drink tastings, dancing, a live DJ and more, from 5pm to midnight all for one ticket at $20!
