FEELING IS HEALING: COMING TO YOUR SENSES – MIKE DUVALL
By feeling and harmonizing the breath with the heart, the nervous system sends strong messages to the brain about what needs to be adjusted in the body. In tonight’s program, you will learn how to use your breath to go deep within, how this affects your ego, and how to ground yourself with your senses to establish perfect harmony. Mike will also be discussing the Divinity of Nature, personal experiences with Nature Spirits, the Great Elk Spirit prayer, and do a healing demonstration with a sacred drum. Mike Duvall is an art director, storyteller, comedian, artist, toymaker, spiritualist and shaman. He is an avid student of the Upanishads, and a follower of Wallace Black Elk. By Donation.
