How Much Is Ineffective Feedback Costing Your Company?

Managers, Executives, Business Owners, Managers, HR and Organizational Development Professionals!

Do you need a proven, science-based approach to give more effective feedback?

A survey our our top clients found that giving feedback is one of the areas that managers and supervisors feel the least amount of confidence about. Worse yet, it's an area that many avoid all together.
Ken Blanchard once said that "Feedback is the Breakfast of Champions." If a professional athlete wasn't given proper feedback from a coach, they would not improve. Without proper feedback in the business world, companies stall, turnover increases and employee engagement suffers.

We'd like to invite you to a special open-enrollment session on March 12th and demonstrate to you to a simple, easy-to-use, five-step process for setting the right attiude for feedback, delivering it well, and identifying solutions for improvement or sustainability.

To optimize performance and accelerate results we must be able to give and receive feedback- both on what we do well and what we could do better. This high-level of shared communication between members of any team is essential.

Feedback can be a natural and integral part of our daily lives. And, we often do more damage to others by not providing feedback. Most people do not provide feedback because they do not have effective skills, and this leads to a lack of confidence. In this four-hour session, we'll address:

Assessing your skills on giving feedback

Creating the appropriate attitude and approach

Sharing feedback that is specific and measurable

Offering the feedback that increases the recipient's receptiveness

Closing the exchange with a shared understaning of next steps
