The compilation of music is a great taste of the upbeat reggae style, heavy guitar riffs, smooth bass lines, and meaningful lyrics that the band produces. After launching the physical CD, the EP was posted on all major download sites including iTunes and CDbaby. This four piece out of Lorton Virginia has continued to pack venues, rock crowds, and play some of the most incredible events on the east coast. FGC has shared the stage with many on-demand national acts including: SOJA, Tribal Seeds, HR, Ballyhoo!, and Passafire. Be on the lookout for more to come from this rising star!

In the winter of 2010, Jonathan, Peter, and Andrew found themselves in a room creating spontaneous sonic synergy with their instruments. Riding on an energetic high from a few impromptu performances, these "three amigos," if you will, decided to officially band together under the name "Carry the One". Months later, the trio decided to welcome Tim Rader back into the mix.

Each member of the band hails from a different musical background: Jon in pop-punk; Peter in hip-hop and R&B; Andy in blues; Tim in metal. Despite their differences, the band strives to meld their wide range of influences into an aural amalgam any ear could accept. "Carry the One" marvels at the sound of unique rhythmic and tonic varieties and attempts to include something "different" and/or "interesting" in each of its creations.
