Feast of the Senses- Food, Wine and Art fundraising event October 11, 2007

Twenty art galleries in the River North Gallery District will host prominent Chicago chefs, local wineries and breweries for the annual Feast of the Senses- Food, Wine and Art fundraising event from 6:00pm to 8:30 pm on October 11th, 2007. Feast will raise money for the non-profit organization, Organic School Project (OSP). OSP seeks to transform Chicago-area children into healthy, mindful eaters, one school and one child at a time in an effort to combat childhood obesity and other diet-related illnesses. Feast is open to the public and tickets can be purchased in advance online at www.chicagocooks.com for $60. Over 1000 guests are expected to attend this annual event.

Each art gallery participating in Feast will host a Chicago guest chef/restaurant and a winery and/or brewery. Confirmed chefs include Michael Kornick, Gale Gand, Paul Kahan and Carrie Nahabedian. Guests can stroll from gallery to gallery and sample local foods and beverages while viewing amazing art from Chicago’s top galleries
