Fearless Ideation Workshop July 16, 2011

Imagine taking a time-out from your hectic life to be guided on a journey toward becoming a Fearless Woman Entrepreneur. Finding your path isn’t easy. You can either grapple with the ‘what-ifs’ and the ‘buts’ alone or you can relax and enjoy the process of uncovering what could be.

Fearless Ideation is a 4-week program led by Fearless Founder Starla Sireno for women of all ages who think they want to start a business. Participants may have an idea, many ideas or no ideas. Women entrepreneurs who are considering a transition into a new business will also benefit.

Women at this stage find their minds swirling. Some days with excitement. And some days with doubt. And long periods of time without any thought. The overwhelm can keep you stuck here for years.

Prep work and pre-session coaching begins July 1. Then there will be a kick-off Saturday, July 16 from 9:00am to 3:00pm, followed by 3 classes: Wednesday July 20, Wednesday July 27, and Wednesday August 4. Also included are an Idea Generator Workbook, a Strengths Assessment and personalized summary, a Fearless Journal to record your journey, and two one-on-one coaching sessions.

For 4-weeks, you get to step out of the ho-hum of your everyday life and reconnect to the things that matter to you – your values, your vision, and your passions. Through intensive self-work, creativity play sessions, one-on-one coaching and assignments, you will translate who you are into a business idea that is aligned with who you are.

By the end of the program, you will have a solid idea that you will have done preliminary market research on and you will be prepared to apply for the Become a Fearless Entrepreneur Program.
