FEA/FED Reunion 2009 July 31, 2009

The reunion will be held at the Tuscany Suites (www.tuscanylv.com) about 2 blocks from the strip. We have a block of rooms reserved under the FEA 2009 Reunion name or Reservation #11R1B1. Please call 877.887.2261 to reserve your room as soon as possible. Rates are $95/night. They are also offering a $55 rate if you wish to stay a few days after the reunion (or even if you want to come early). Naturally you are not required to stay at the same location!
Registration is on Friday from 4:00 to 8:00pm. If you arrive later, registration will be available the next morning before the meeting starts.
If you do not want to rent a car, the Showtime Shuttle will take you from the airport directly to a stop in front of the Tuscany Suites. It is $6/pp.
The ticket for the event is $45 per person. This covers all food and events for Saturday, August 1st , including a surprise dinner! There are no meals planned for Friday or Sunday. The hotel has a couple of restaurants available and there are quite a few dining choices within walking distance if you need to eat on Friday night or Sunday. The rooms also have a refrigerator, microwave, and dining table if you prefer to eat in your room.

In order to fully coordinate and finalize plans, we need to know how many people plan on attending. You can purchase your tickets on this site or pay when you register at the event (we prefer that you pay now).
In addition to registering, you can help in the following ways:

Volunteering your time while at the reunion to help with registration or other small tasks.
Get into those old musty boxes and find all your FEA/FED memorabilia to bring and share at the Memories table. If you want to share but arent coming, you can mail your items to us and they will be returned to you after the reunion. See below for contact information.
Making the reunion affordable is a struggle, so if you would rather donate money to help with costs, we will gladly accept anything through our Paypal account ([email protected]) or by check. Any remaining funds will be used for the next reunion.
We need FEA/FED trivia questions for our program on Saturday night. Please email me with your suggestions!
