Come join us for a cup of grog (or an entire meal!) in celebration of another year in China. Casa 13, (the latest addition to the Eduardo Vargas restaurant family) has offered the FCC’s members and their guests a sumptuous spread in a cozy atmosphere. If you cannot join us for the dinner, please still come by later for the party to follow!

Starters
Country style bread, selection of dips, baby mozzarella in rosemary oil

Salads
Watermelon salad, mixed greens salad or arugula salad

Main entrees
Sea bass à la meunière, braised beef cheek in chianti reduction,
Country style chicken stew or penne in a cream sauce

Potato purée and roasted tomato risotto

Peruvian flan
Valrhona chocolate mousse

Beverages
Sparkling water, orange juice and soda, 2 glasses of red wine and 1 glass of glühwein
