OAKLAND/SAN FRANCISCO/WALNUT CREEK – The second annual Fathers Day Jazz Jam and Brunch will take place Sunday, June 15 at Chapel of the Chimes, 4499 Piedmont Avenue, Oakland. The event is free and open to dads who play jazz and for family members that want to hear him or play with him.

Hey Daddios! Here is your chance to pick up your ax and jam with some of the Bay Area's finest jazz sidemen. All instruments and vocalists are welcome! All levels. Bring your musical son or daughter to jam with you. Bring friends to hear you. Light brunch treats provided by Lifemark Group/Chapel of the Chimes – ALL FOR FREE! House band consists of Ben Stolorow on piano, Ravi Abcarian on bass and Greg German on drums. Jam followed by Jazz at the Chimes Tribute Concert to Hal Stein at 2 pm with the Pete Yellin Allstars.
