Jean-Philippe is leading the Lean Transformation at JAI Inc, a manufacturer of high quality, industrial-grade cameras. His efforts are targeted at accelerating time-to-market in the Camera and Traffic Solutions markets where fast-paced new product introduction is a must!

Before joining JAI, JP was Senior Consultant for Promaintech Novaxa. He delivered close to 50 product development and manufacturing improvement projects for more than 20 customers of varied size & sectors. He also worked for Nortel Networks and ONI Systems in NPI and manufacturing engineering. JP is a Lean Product Development trainer, has Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and a degree in Mechanical Engineering

Anisha has a Bachelor of Science degree with a dual concentration in Mathematics and Economics from the College of William and Mary.
