Farmer-Chef Connection February 9, 2009

The Seattle Chapter of Chefs Collaborative has been hard at work planning the 2009 Farmer-Chef Connection. The event will feature a keynote address from chef Tom Douglas and farmer Luke Woodward, panels on food certification and labels, networking sessions, and breakout sessions on challenges with distribution, mobile slaughter units, and preparing your own charcuterie.
