Farm Aid and Equinox Restaurant present "Fresh from the Family Farm" June 24, 2006

Family Farmers and Good Grub
Farm Aid is coming back to DC with its second annual gourmet picnic and fundraising event, Fresh from the Family Farm. This good-food extravaganza will be hosted by local restaurateurs Todd and Ellen Gray, bringing together local farmers, top chefs, musicians, kids and families to celebrate the connection between quality food and the family farms where it is grown. The event, Saturday, June 24, 2006 at Equinox Restaurant, will feature a silent auction, kids’ activities, local folk-duo Mercy Creek, a farmers market and delicious eats.
