Farm Aid 2011 August 13, 2011

Since 1985 Farm Aid has become an annual reminder of the plight of family owned farms in the United States. Festival co-founders Neil Young and Willie Nelson will once again appear, along with performances by John Mellencamp, and Dave Matthews. Other artists taking part include Jason Mraz, Jamey Johnson, Jakob Dylan, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, Robert Francis, Will Dailey & the Rivals Rebecca Pidgeon, Billy Joe Shaver and John Trudell. Farm Aid has raised more than $37 million to promote a strong and resilient family farm system of agriculture.
