Farm Aid 2009 October 4, 2009

Since 1985 Farm Aid has become an annual reminder of the plight of family owned farms in the United States. Festival co-founders Neil Young and Willie Nelson will once again appear, along with performances by John Mellencamp, and Dave Matthews. Other artists are to be confirmed. Farm Aid has raised nearly $35 million to promote a strong and resilient family farm system of agriculture.
