Famous Sunday Afternoon Dinner Dance in Villa Park April 3, 2011

Come out and enjoy the swingin' music of singer Frank Lamphere. Frank will perform with his powerhouse trio: pop, big band and jazz standards from the 1930-60's era. The unforgettable songs of Tony Bennett, Dean Martin, Vic Damone and of course Ol' Blue Eyes will be represented in Lamphere's own inimitable style. Frank's band as usual, is filled with some of Chicagoland's most accomplished musicians. This will be great discovery for those not familiar with Frank Lamphere, whom has been entertaining professionally for about 15 years.
The event will repeat itself the first Sunday of every month at least through June. Frank would like this to become "the place to be" on these monthly Sundays.
Frank says "So often I hear from people that there is such a lack of good quality music out there. Especially on a Sunday in the suburbs. This venue has a large wooden dance floor and pretty good acoustics. If successful, I'd like to bring in some additional musicians to add to the overall sound and quality of the time period of the music that we're playing.
