Family Health and Wellness Day April 4, 2008

The MPM will host a number of health and wellness organizations in an open-house style health event also featuring guest speakers John Shier, RN, PhD, speaking on Health and Healing: To Live A Long, Long Time and To Die Healthy at 2pm and 4pm, and Dr. Rose M. Kumar, M.D., speaking on Developing a Culture of Wellness and Self-Care in the Family: Fun, Practical and easy steps to good nutrition and proactive healthcare at 6pm.
