Fall Harvest Hayride October 17, 2008

Join Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation for the 11th Annual Fall Harvest Hayride at the General Bragg Trailhead, Stones River Greenway in Murfreesboro, TN this Friday, October 17, 2008, 5:00 8:00p.m.
Featuring the band, Mink Slide, named after the area on Murfreesboros Vine street where weekly Friday night dances took place before World War II, the Mink Slide musicians play the same mix of blues, gospel, country, and ragtime that characterized rural roots music before commercialism broke it into marketable pieces.
This unique hayride offers the whole family a great time with hayrides, live music, bonfire, hot dogs, smores and childrens activities! The fees are $4.00 for adults, $3.00 for children, and kids 3 and under are free. Includes hot dogs and smores while supplies last!
