faktion 7258: JAK! ALLAND! HEROIC ROBOT! ROBOTHEAD spins! July 25, 2008

Once again, fate has smiled upon us here at the Faktion. If you've talked with us at a Faktion party or one of the others we frequent, you know how much we love some of the innovative west coast techno coming from Portland.

Well, hang onto something, because for July, JAK, founder of the amazing SubSensory.com is returning to the US, and he's coming HERE! A headliner this significant calls for someone no less qualified to round out the bill and we've got that in spades with famed Kontrol DJ ALLAND BYALLO, creator of his own Nightlight recordings. 2 great DJs, one's been out of area and comes back, one's been in the area but is busting out. ROBOTHEAD starts the night off with a uniquely banging set.

We've been working nonstop with the VJ crew HEROIC ROBOT (who have an advantage not sleeping, being at least half robot, not to mention heroic) to amp up the sensory input well past 11. You'll definitely want to be there, though of course there isn't room for the whole city to fit in Anu, so some of you will just have to be elsewhere. This is HR's last scheduled appearance before they leave for Black Rock City, so being elsewhere does mean you'll be missing out. Please try not to cry, it can cause rust.
