1919 Hemphill (www.1919hemphill.org) continues Fas$cist Watch, the most controversial film series in DFW, with its upcoming screening of Unprecedented on Sunday, February 27th at 7pm.

Unprecedented: The 2000 Presidential Election (www.unprecedented.org) is the riveting story about the battle for the Presidency in Florida and
the undermining of democracy in America.

From the moment the polls opened, it was painfully clear that something was wrong. While the media seized on the controversy surrounding the poorly designed "butterfly Ballot", much larger civil rights abuses were overlooked.

Focusing on events leading up to election day and the attempt to count legally cast votes in the days that followed, Unprecedented examines a
suspicious pattern of irregularities, injustices and voter purges-all in a state governed by the winning candidate's brother.

While it may be old news for some, Fa$cist Watch feels Unprecedented offers a valuable insight into how the 2004 Presidential election was stolen with breathtakingly less fanfare than its 2000 counterpart. With the news that many prominent American statisticians (www.uscountvotes.org) refute the claims that have seemingly maintained
a consistent theory about the exit polling discrepencies in the 2004 contest, now, more than ever, is the best time to study the very recent
past to look for clues.

Unprecedented runs for approximately 90 minutes.

Fa$cist Watch exists to spur community discussion of controversial and often skirted or repressed issues of a political nature by presenting
and discussing current events documentaries. These free Fa$cist Watch screenings are hosted every Sunday night at 7pm at 1919 Hemphill.

All screenings are projected on a large, 8' x 9' screen with surround sound audio. 1919 Hemphill encourages donations both monetary and in-kind to help grow its burgeoning Radical Documentary Library.

1919 Hemphill is located at
