The Presidio Trust and the Interaction Institute for Social Change (IISC) are partnering to bring this extraordinary leadership development opportunity to the Fort Scott Headquarters Building – the first historic building to be rehabilitated as part of the Presidio Trust’s efforts to create a National Center for Service & Innovative Leadership.

For those of you who are familiar with IISC and Facilitative Leadership®, you know this is an opportunity not to be missed. IISC recently updated its Facilitative Leadership® curriculum and will make full experiential use of the special environment of The Presidio.

Facilitative Leadership for Social Change develops practical collaborative skills and tools for tapping the creativity, experience and commitment of staff and colleagues, and provides you with a forum in which to explore your challenges and aspirations as a leader. At the heart of the workshop are powerful leadership practices that create the conditions for you and others to move together from vision to action in extraordinary new ways. The workshop also offers you the opportunity to develop an appreciation for how your interior condition (heartset and mindset) serves as a foundation for intentional leadership.
