Facilitative Leadership for Social Change September 9, 2013

Facilitative Leadership for Social Change develops practical collaborative skills and tools for tapping the creativity, experience and commitment of staff and colleagues, and provides you with a forum in which to explore your challenges and aspirations as a leader. At the heart of the workshop are powerful leadership practices that create the conditions for you and others to move together from vision to action in extraordinary new ways. The workshop also offers you the opportunity to develop an appreciation for how your interior condition (heartset and mindset) serves as a foundation for intentional leadership.

Facilitative Leadership for Social Change is the flagship workshop of the Interaction Institute for Social Change (IISC), which has been building the collaborative capacity of social change agents for over fifteen years. The two-day workshop is held in IISC’s learning center in Boston’s Seaport District.
