Chef Viviani appeared on the fifth season of Top Chef on Bravo TV. He was one of the final four contestants when he was eliminated from the competition and was voted 'Top Chef Fan Favorite' by viewers. Viviani also works as the private chef of William Shatner and currently appears in Domino's Pizza commercials advertising artisan pizzas. He is the author of 'The Cafe Firenze Cookbook: Food and Drink Recipes from the Tuscan Sons'.
