Hanover St
London, England W1S 1YZ

Women make up 51% of the UK population and 47% of those active in the labour market, but there is much untapped potential – women continue to be underrepresented in terms of participation in enterprise, with men twice as likely to start a business as women.

EYP’s latest event will be a great opportunity for our women members to learn more about addressing these issues by hearing from leading women from a variety of fields – government, large business and women's business networks.

Confirmed speakers include:

* Her Majesty's Treasury Minister Angela Eagle
* Brenda Joseph, Senior Legal Counsel for UK/Irl and Nordics, Apple UK
* Sally Russell, Founder, Netmums
* Marilise Saghbini, Make Your Mark (Women’s Enterprise Ambassador Network)
* Maxine Benson and Karen Gill, Everywoman
* Catherine Bennett, Channel Programmes Manager, Apple UK

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions during a Q&A session with the speakers, and drinks and canapés will follow.

The event will be held at the headquarters of Apple, Hanover St (just behind Apple Store on Regent St), London.

Please note: this free event is only available to women members of EYP London and places are strictly limited.
