The UK Government recently decreed that all projects should be platform or Agile. No doubt the big consultancies are preparing their ten point agile offerings. This could be a big opportunity for the London Agile Community (LAC) to help society and significantly improve the successful outcome of the Government projects. This evening will be an opportunity for the LACies to work out how we could work together to make the most of this opportunity. We will start with Rob Bowley and Roger Marlow sharing their experience of working with the government.

• Rob Bowley will share his discussions with the government.
• Roger Marlow will tell about Health2Works.

We will then have an hour of open space to discuss the following or any other questions we want to find an answer to.

1. How do we make this work? As a brand or a company or a guild?
2. How do we decide who is in?
3. How do we decide who is out?

Afterwards we will find a convenient place to continue the conversation. All Agile practitioners stationed in London or there about (like Matt in Glasgow) are welcome.
