Learn with the farmers from the Resource Center City Farm about what they do to extend the growing seasons for the Chicago area. City Farm has been selling produce to restaurants almost year-round using some basic supplies and techniques. The City Farm staff will share different techniques, what plants do better in colder weather and how to use simple resources to do accomplish your goals.
