deep6 Productions Presents

SWARMING MASS

Thursday January 8th is not to be missed deep6 productions brings together an evening of some of the finest Industrial, Dark Electronic, EBM acts in North America.

Live Sets by:

Having been in existence since 1999, LIFE CRIED now aggressively emerges as the spearhead of the US Electro scene. Music-wise LIFE CRIED combine dark melodies and high club appeal, while injecting a soul, atmosphere and style into their music by creating compositions with depth and charisma. The debut album is convincing from the first to last track by using well chosen samples and clear, easy recognizable melodies as well as driving beats. Life Cried took time to create this debut, which helped to perfect their sound and by this to compensate what numerous recently released Electro albums are lacking.

Exploding to the forefront of the NYC industrial scene, Panic Lift have garnered an impressive following and quite a bit of credibility as amazing live performers in a relatively short amount of time. Masterminded by James Francis, and featuring studio and live contributions from Gus Yoo (Azrael Trigger, Symbiotic), Brad Brunet (Enduser, Atek), Dan Platt, and Chris Reject (Life Cried), Panic Lift couple incredibly mature songwriting with thunderous industrial aggression, all while deftly side-stepping the conventional wisdom and infusing their electronic epics with organic instrumentation and emotion.

genCab (Newark, NJ)

Exploding from out of nowhere, like an aneurysm in a closed mind, comes genCAB, combining genres and rewiring the sound of EBM for a new generation. Dissatisfied by the direction that modern dark electronic music was going, David Dutton kept "generation CABLE" in the shadows since its inception in 2003. Rather than tapping into the trends of sci-fi fables and faux wartime glory stories, genCAB writes intelligent and thought provoking personal lyrics about whats relevant to people as a whole. The product of an 80s generation graciously raised on television, genCAB supplies more depth than what the dancefloor has to offer. Now on the surface, the project that almost never saw the light at the end of the tunnel is causing many peers to rethink their own art and is guarenteed to open new minds to the Industrial scene.
