Experimental Techniques: The Personal Essay Film
$200 Thursdays, June 4 – July 9 (5 sessions) 7 – 9 pm (No Class July 2)
With a focus on personal essay films, this workshop explores documentaries that push the interpretive boundaries of the genre. Students will gain first-hand experience as they create their own experimental short. Some filmmaking experience recommended. Final projects will be screened at the Homegrown DocFest at McMenamin’s Mission Theater & Pub on August 28.
