You know the feeling – you’re in a new city, country, bar, restaurant, store, park, apartment. You swear you’re in another world and you don’t fit in and you’re not sure how you got here or what you’re doing here or when you’ll leave. It’s like another reality, another language, another life altogether. And then you realize – it’s CULTURE SHOCK! You’re in a place you’ve never been and aren’t sure if you belong. If you’re lucky, you walk away with newfound wisdom and lessons learned. If you’re not so lucky, you likely have physical / emotional / spiritual scars, a whole lotta drama, perhaps a bit of confusion and…newfound wisdom and lessons learned.
