Exhibition: Photographs of Italian Memorial Sculpture April 19, 2007

This photographic record is the project of long-time Tallahassee artist colleagues-Robert W. Fichter, Professor of Art at Florida State University, and Robert Freidus, graduate of the Wharton School and former owner of a Soho Art Gallery in New York. Fichter and Feidus roamed cemeteries and historical sites in northern and central Italy to photograph memorials and monuments with a range of imagery from noble angelic guardians to touching mortal tributes.
