A 10-day Ganesha exhibition was inaugurated here on Saturday at Poompuhar showroom on Anna Salai. Besides the regular idols of Ganesha, there are a variety of idols in a range of mediums including bronze, brass, copper, rosewood, sandal wood, Tanjore art plate, soap stone, Tanjore paintings, marble and precious stones. Among the very special items on display is a 6’x4’ Tanjore painting of Ganesha in 32 different poses. For details contact 28520624.
