Exhibit: Every Body Eats September 26, 2008

What is in the food we eat? Is breakfast really that important? Are you eating enough fruits and vegatables? Families, children and school groups will find out the answers in Every Body Eats, a highly interactive exhibition that explores nutrition and teaches us the science of making healthy food choices. Visitors will see what ingredients are in various foods, learn how to read nutrition labels and find out what an appropriate serving size looks like. They will review clinical research and realize that healthy choices are within their reach. Presented by the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry.
