Individuals, organizations and communities everywhere are facing complex challenges, including economic globalization, rapid climate change, environmental destruction, and socio-cultural shifts. How leaders respond to these mega-trends will determine not only the future of their institutions, but also of society and our planet as a whole. While there exists no clear roadmap for navigating these challenges, one thing is certain — conducting 'business as usual' is no longer a viable leadership strategy for the well-being of either present or future generations.

A new paradigm of leadership is required — one that places a premium on creating human and environmental well-being. Evolutionary leadership involves new ways of perceiving, thinking, and acting to produce integrated results in terms of economic, social, cultural and environmental sustainability, through collaboration among the private, public and social sectors.

This three day leadership development program is for leaders in the business, non-profit and government sectors seeking for skills and perspectives to initiate or enhance their role in creating change toward sustainability. The learning outcomes of this training are:
• Increased leadership effectiveness through communication and language skills to coordinate actions and produce results.
• Awareness of the mind-set, skill-set and heart-set to support ongoing learning and personal evolution as a leader.
• Practical ways of applying systems thinking and the evolutionary perspective to perceive sustainability challenges and design solutions.
• Expanded vision and deeper understanding of sustainability principles to facilitate personal, organizational and socio-cultural transformation.
• An action plan for bringing sustainability to your life, your organization and your community.
